Have you increased the intensity and style of your cardio? If not that is why. IF you are eating the same calories then that is not your problem. When your exercising stays the same, your muscle memory kicks in and you won't lose weight or build muscle. You need to change up your program every few weeks.

I am 5' 3 1/2" and I currently weigh 207. I have a goal of 135 and to be healthy when I am that weight. I was that weight about 10 years ago but was very sick, so now I want to be that again. Though I am more into getting into size 8 again and not concentrating on the weight as much.

I'm not sure why you are not losing weight, but maybe you are not doing enough of the exercise to burn more calories then you are eating. OR you might have a medical problem. Check with your doctor. Do remember that muscles weigh more than fat so maybe you are gaining muscles and that is why you don't see the difference.…
