Yes, I too agree that it's likely water weight - especially if you were active all weekend. I still have a problem with too much sodium in my diet even though I stay within my calorie limit...it's just something we'll have to work on as time goes on. No worries and keep up the good work!

I use the EAS Carb Balance shakes. They come in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry & caramel. They ALL have 17g of Protein and only 100 calories each. (110 for the chocolate) They cost $4.97 4/pk @ Walmart - which is much cheaper than the Atkins low carb shakes - and they taste GREAT. The only thing is that they are mainly SOY…
