I am on day three. I felt great after day one and then at the end of day two I was super sore. Currently after day three I feel like I can't sit down or stand up because my legs hurt too much!

I have always heard that if you are doing something for a while and it's not working, you need to change it up. It sounds to me that you are eating too few calories.
