The rule of thumb is not to eat two hours before bed. I go to bed late. So i'm eating up until 11pmish.

I eat 1,300 calories a day & then i also eat my exercise calories. i work out 7 days a week. i do the thirty day shred. i lift weights 2-4 days a week! :] & drink lots of water :]

1,200 is the very minimum. Otherwise your body will hold on to the fat.

Negativity is not wanted here. I think you should be fine love! To gain a pound of fat, you need to eat an EXTRA 3,500 calories, and i doubt you ate an extra 3,500 calories a day so don't worry. Just get back on board tomorrow. You may see a 1-2 pound raise but that's just from the salt. Make sure you drink plenty of water…

I don't like beans or nuts. That's why it's hard for me to get protein. I have qourn & boca burgers. I will definitely cut down on the "junk" and eat a lot more veggies & fruits. I might look into protein shakes also. thanks everyone.

Your metabolism slows down, so your muscle ends up eating itself. That's why anorexic people are so skinny is because they have no fuel, so their bodies are slowly eating itself. NOT HEALTHY.
