  • Wow. October is flying by quicker then September. I have been working out to Tony Horton 10 minute trainers, biking, running, and kettle bells. I completed my best personal time in a recent 5k and half marathon. It is great to improve my times with age. Keep up the great workouts everyone! :D
  • Busy Busy is right. September just flew by as quickly as a blink. Tony Horton 10 minute trainers and kettle bells have been my main workouts in September along with running and biking.   • I am having a very busy summer biking, running, hiking, swimming, and working out to Tony Horton 10 minute trainers. I enjoy kettle bells 2 times a week. I am thinking of trying P90X3 out since the workouts are so short.

  • I figured I would check in again since I have added a few workouts that I enjoy. I still work out almost daily to Tony Horton 10 minute trainers but I have tried a few P90X3 workouts and I love it. I am going to mix the workouts in with my 10 minute trainers and kettlebell training. Keep up the great work peeps. :)
  • I am working out to Tony Horton 10 minute trainers. I purchased P90X3 and worked out to 1 workout and I loved it!!! I also have been exercising outdoors by skiing, skating and I will be snowshoeing for the first time today.

  • Tony Horton 10 minute trainers daily and kettlebells 2 days a week are my workouts. Skiing has also kept me busy the past week now that the cold weather has gone away. You know its cold when you it reaches 0 degrees and it feels warm. :smile:

  • Tony Horton 10 minute trainers and mixing it with some jogging and kettlebells. I feel the best I have in over 3 years. Every workout the past year has been 1 step closer to greatness. No back problems in 8 months now and feeling excited and glad to be back training with kettlebells too.

  • I am still working out to Tony Hortons 10 minute trainers. I do between 1 and 3 workouts a day and am loving it since i am on a busy schedule at work until January. In January I will have time to try longer workout programs. Keep up the great job everyone.
  • Hi Jessa. It sounds like you are getting burned out or maybe have some type of flu bug for not having as much energy. Month 2 is very intense. I had a combo of things when I was feeling like that before. Make sure you are getting enough protein and getting enough sleep. You definitely need at least 7 to 8 of sleep a night…
