  • Smoothy: 1 cup skim milk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 4 tablespoons skim milk powder splash of Vanilla 1 cup frozen berries of your choice (or 1/2 Crystal light flavor packet) Blend in blender or Magic bullet until smooth. Depending on the Yogurt this can be as high as 28 grams of protein.
