I've attempted yoga so many times but I never feel the satisfaction of it, I'm more of a " I want to feel the sweat now, I want to be able to not breathe and I want pain in the morning' ... Hmm x

have they ever had melted cheese on wholemeal toast?? in a chicken wrap? OMG SO GOOOOOOOOOD. Cheese is excellent with almost everything

instead of going outside to do a workout .. kepp your television on google a paper format workout, do that, have a glass of water then enjoy that cookie :) - you shouldn't have to justify a small treat tho x

i would recommend taking way 100 calories per week and seeing how that affects you, 200 calories is pretty much a meal a day! x

just eat it in moderation like everything else :) grapes and cheese as a snack.. YUMMMMMM
