I'm a music teacher! P-8 general music, then 4-8 band/chorus/strings. I also run the school play. I'm always running around non-stop and it's a demanding job, but I LOVE it!

Same! My loss isn't significant for my height but I've been trying for so long to just commit to losing it.

I would say if you plan to lose any, don't plan for too much. My fiancé is 5'10" and when he gets under 160 he ends up looking sickly thin. And BMI is the worst way to figure out if you're overweight. Look into percent body fat before taking BMI into consideration.

Haha I'm similar in that I refuse to even consider dress shopping until I lose 10! It's good motivation :)

I lost my motivation after kinda failing Week 7. I'm re-starting tomorrow at Week 3. This time I'll be following the program with distance instead of time. I'm aiming to run 4 times a week.

I just finished Week 7 and I've never felt so discouraged about running. Every single day I ended up taking at least 1 walking break. I still got about 2.5 miles done in 30 minutes each day, but my pace has slowed down substantially. I'm actually going to redo this week in hopes that I can get about 2.6 miles done.

Hello! I'm a music teacher (P-8, kind of a crazy life!) I like to swim (my summer job is a swim instructor/coach), run (I just re-started c25k), take spin classes, and occasionally lift. I sometimes find it difficult to get motivated enough to get to the gym after long days of teaching, so I'm working on that!

I've never seen it with a 5-minute cool down. Is that on the app? I don't use the app, I just use the plan that's on the website that I posted earlier in the thread.

I use the 5 minute warm-up in my time, as well as the walking in between each run. I guess it's a personal preference.

I think there actually might be an app. I usually just look at the plan before I get to the gym or get outside and track it with my FitBit Charge.
