Oh so I'm not the sweatiest woman ever? I think my level of sweat changed after I turned 30. I used to be cold all the time, now I get so hot instantly. I would love to glisten at the gym, but I soak my gym towel every time!

I tried them for a bit, then chucked them. (more like pushed them to the back of the drawer). They never fit right and I flt like they would slip a bit and pinch my toes. The instructor (yogi?) said it's just better to do it sans socks. Just try and make sure your mat is clean and dry.

I haven't done it in a while, but from memory, I think the only cardio is HIIT (High Intensity Inteval Training) and you can choose however you want to do that - running, cycling, etc. The book is great - really debunks the myths about women and lifting.

I've done it twice and LOVED it. It really made me appreciate weightlifting. I can't comment on working out at home since I did this at the gym.
