I saute Zucchini all the time, but I'd never thought of using Lowry's - thanks for the idea!

I love blogilates. I can't say i've ever followed the calendar very well, but I would love some popster friends! :)

I do the exact same thing. I have been a "menu-planner" for a year for my budget, but since joining MFP this month, i've started using that menu planning mindset to my calories. I balance my week by adding in treats and balancing the rest of my food around them, and i love it! It's also really nice when I'm exhaused (i'm…

You can adjust your macros so that you have a low carb high protein goal. That's what I did. For my 1200 calories I aim for 40g fat, 60g carbs, 150g protein. I rarely hit the protein number, but mostly I want to control my carbs. Just my two cents.

Well mostly my biggest trigger isn't a food so much as baking. I love to bake, especially anything involving yeast or anything involving cupcakes. I love the process of making the bread almost as much as I love eating it. That and popcorn. I could eat my body volume on popcorn, stove popped and covered in salt and butter.

I'm 5'7" and started at 165, hoping to get to 140. Don't have a ton of picture, but feel free to add me.

Here's one that was a family favorite. My mom always served it over brown rice, but I really like it as a filling for lettuce wraps to keep it carb free. Chinese Boiled Chicken Ingredients 1 (3 lb) chicken, cleaned 2 bunches green onions 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup peanut…

bump. I'm still working my way to a 5k, but some of this still definitely applies. And I'd love to run a half.

So, my husband was telling me about this thing that he read to combat this exact thing. Sign up for some fitness event, like a 5k or a half marathon - whatever level you think you can be at. Then, when you tell people you're turning down their offer of a snack or any food that you don't want to eat, tell them you "can't…

I don't plan free days, but when life gets in the way, and you have a day you can't control as much, that's what I consider my "free day", when I don't feel guilty about whatever happens, and I just get back on track the next day. What I do do is plan for some "treats" occasionally. For example, yesterday, I was having an…
