Not much info given here... how much do you weigh? how tall are you? do you eat exercise cals back? do you monitor your burn with a heart rate monitor to see an estimate of calories burnt? With that said I would think you need to add more activity, make sure you are eating enough protein... if you have physical limitations…

I'm interested in this response too! I am awaiting mine in the mail as we speak... I cant wait to use it. For me I am looking at it as a mental aid. I have an issue with eating enough cals to support my workouts... So I think seeing my body working will encourage me to eat at my cal intake... so *bump*

I get HIGHLY annoyed with small noises!!! My husband snaps his toe and I can't stand the lady in the cube next to me (her bracelts jingle all day), and I get so annoyed at people eating all loud in the movies.... BUT other than that I obsessivly track my calories and exercise... lol:laugh:

I guess I am wondering more about is understanding what the body does at certain intensities... I read something before about a fat burning range... or seen it on a treadmill... wondering if there is any truth to this... I sweat like a pig during my work outs and now I am able to sustain an insanity work out after doing it…
