I am at a desk all day too, I am going to take your advice on not sitting longer than an hour and half, We have a stair case but we can only go down the doors lock going up... any ways maybe I'll just spend some time in there at least 2x a day :o) Thanks for the idea!

I totally feel the same way. I am on 1200 cal a day trying to loose 2 lb a week, However I don't really get to concerned about my cal intake just because I removed gluten and wheat from my diet so its super hard to get 1200 cal for me even worse that I am doing high burn cardio exercises and then it says to eat more. I have my goal set at losing 2 lbs a week 1200 cal a day. I almost NEVER hit my intake, one because I don't eat gluten or wheat products... 2 because I exercise which increases my calories even MORE! Its okay just make sure you are eating clean. Feel free to add me to see my diary :o) manique45
