I think its normal. Be sure you are eating enough (Insanity guide recommends at least 5 times a day). Don't worry too much what the scale says. Go by measurements!

Hi! Are you absolutely set on using yogurt? I use unsweetened almond milk with mine. It is a recipe from my Insanity Elite Nutrition guide. I really like it and use it with vanilla whey protein powder. I can give you the recipe if you want!

I am the opposite! I stopped drinking soda, now drink only water and its like holy crap, this is what it feels like to be regular! I cut back on junk, upped the fruit and veggie intake. I went from goat pebbles to being so proud I want to show my husband (i don't).

Mine is lighter. When I stopped drinking Mt. Dew my pms wasn't as bad.

I am always over on sugar. I have been trying to cut back on products with added sugar, but I don't worry about the sugar that comes from fruit.

Fruits, veggies, meat, whole wheat tortillas, olive oil and very little dairy. I try to avoid frozen as much as possible except with meat.

I think sugar from fruit is fine. Your body is designed to digest fruit/veggies with ease. I believe added sugar is where most ppl get in trouble.
