  • My goal is 135 BUT I know that less would still be healthy so Im not sure. I just broke into the 130s so I am just going to get to my goal, tone up and see where I end up being.... I figure if I FEEL healthy and I look healthy then I cant really be doing too much wrong.
  • Kinda BUMMED I stepped on the scale this morning just to make sure my 2 pounds were still gone and they are NOT. 139.5. So thats only a .5 loss, and that makes my friends scale the correct one. WHy would my scale lie to me? Why did I step on it in the first place??? Crap.
