I'm so glad I found this. I did this at the beginning of last year and then switched up my workouts for awhile, but by far the ladies in here keep me motivated the most, so I came back. I'm starting in the middle of the month, so I'm going to shoot for 25 miles this month.

I've been at this for 6 months, but I am losing it slow and still have about 120 lbs I want to lose to be at goal. Feel free to add me if you like! Good luck on your journey.

This morning I did a 5 mile advanced walk. This afternoon I will do 3 Fast Miles. 14/90 finished:)

I think this month I want to go for 90 miles. I made my 75 miles for this month, so 90 will make me work.

I did 4 Fast Miles today. 69/75 done.

I did LS 3 Mega Miles today. 65/75 finished. I also started C25K this morning but I'm not including that in my miles, mostly because I really don't have a way to clock it. I'll be doing my first 5K ever April 11th and I'm going to try to run it. I'm excited!

Any of the Leslie Sansone walking videos are awesome to condition yourself and they are cheap too. They are easy to follow and there are tons to pick from.

Today I did Walk To the Hits Radio Remixes-3 miles. It was a little different but fun! 62/60 done. Moving my goal up to 75 for the month!

1/21: I did the 5 mile advanced walk this morning. This evening I'll do a 2 mile Start walking tape. So today will be 53/60 miles done for the month. I may readjust to see if I can get more since we still have time in the month left. I absolutely love this group. So motivating to know that others are doing the same thing…

I did 3 more miles. I went back and did the Start walking-3 miles with Leslie this evening. So 40 miles out of 60 finished for the month.

Goal: 60 miles 1/14: 4 Fast miles After today I've done 28 of 60 miles. Getting there! I can't believe how much better I feel after I walk consistently for days and days in a row. I wish I'd been doing this all along!

Saturday I did an extra 2 miles after I came in here and said I did 4. I was feeling pretty good:) Monday: I walked 4 miles today. So I'm up to 24 miles out of 60.

I did 10 miles this week...one being a 4 mile workout that I've never been able to do before, and I feel amazing! All together this month I've walked 18 miles of the 60 I wanted to for the month! Have a great weekend everyone!

Welcome back Sue. Thank you so much for sharing with us! You are such an inspiration. We've been praying for you. I can't imagine the pain you've gone through these last 3 weeks but you are tough and it sounds like you are on the uphill side! Hang in there sweet lady. You look amazing!! Thank you so much for sharing your story. As a busy mom myself, I am learning that I have to slow down a few minutes a day and just focus on me. It makes a huge difference and it is very inspiring to get to see success from others . It helps me push through the bad days. Great work!!
