Thank you all so much for your feedback. It's good to know I'm not totally off track... I do love my carbs (who doesn't) but I know protein is the way to go when it comes to building muscle and feeling fuller longer. I'll do my best to eat back those exercise cals (I've already seen so many debates on this site about…
