Yes, go see a gynecologist and get a pelvic exam performed.

Are you now carrying on the tradition, grasshopper?

-
W-Whoa, wait, this is a fitness site?

This is how MFP makes the OP feel:
-
I don't hold onto any particular motivation so much as I hold onto perseverance. I'm going to do this, no matter what. It sucks to leave work and run 5 miles every day, but I do it because I feel fantastic and alive afterwards.
-
I weigh daily, but I set absolutely no time limits on when to expect weight. I beat my head on that wall enough, thank you.

You'll go blind if you keep buying bananas.
-
I'll hit you up in two months.

To all you newbie... hello!
-
I. too, am looking for someone with a Fitbit. Please leave it out in plain sight and then go do something else for a few minutes.

Direct quote from my doctor: "If you're getting sufficient protein intake, a calorie deficit will not put your body into 'starvation mode'." ETA: I've lost 46 pounds in 3.5 months. Have yet to enter 'starvation mode'.

Here's mine (and this is what happens when I find it in the fridge}:
-
Peanut butter sandwich. I tried eating cotton candy for breakfast, but this happened:

Not that I'm German, but "Willkommen!" to MFP... Also, look for friends that make you laugh.
-
Step 1, identify the dealers and avoid them:
-
Oh, and mission accomplished...
-
"Thing 1" and "Thing 2" Possibly, "Doc Brown"

If you're getting adequate protein daily, you are not starving yourself. I asked my doctor the same kind of question. This was his response.
-
Ahahahah! More than one meaning there, I think...
-
I go commando... so I avoid getting anything in a twist.

@jckratt12's point about blood sugar is a good one. Sugars from fruit are no where near the concern that sugars from refined carbs are. If it's fruit, I don't sweat it unless the calories threaten to bump me too high for the day.
-
I read Bob's book. Wanna know how I've lost 43 pounds? I eat less, move more, and then repeat.
-
Feel free to add. I do my best to keep up with my friends.
-
Bouncers? Hire snipers.
-
What temperature do you cook that and for how long?
-
Well played!

I started in April by doing (barely) 10 minutes (less than a mile) on an elliptical. In May, I started logging my calories here and limiting myself to 1,500 calories per day. I now do 18 miles a week on the elliptical.
