Okay, so I'm looking into StrongLifts 5x5. (I lifted heavy early on in life, so I believe in the approach.) Mehdi's website says he's not selling anything, but there is a gold membership (fee not posted). So, does the membership get you anything beyond the basics of what you need for the program?

Sleeve scheduled for 11/5/13
So my sleeve was scheduled today for 11/5/13. I've lost 58 pounds total, 18.5 pounds lost in the first week of Optifast, which freaked out the staff at the center. (They called no less than 4 times since my appointment yesterday afternoon.)

SMHO, but I think folks need to take "motivations" out of their fitness/weight loss equations. Or at least think about scaling down the importance they assign to motivations. I see some postings here about being "endorphin wasted". The endorphin molecule produced by the produced by the body has been proven to be too large to pass through the brain/blood barrier. BP too low?
I've been super dizzy, lightheaded and tired today. Just had my BP checked, and it was 105/51, which seems kind of low for a guy my size. I take Toprol XL for high BP, but have not taken it today. For you medical types, does 105/51 seem low for a big guy. I carry a lot of muscle mass.
