You look fantastic! What is your success secret?

Silk Almond Milk is fantastic, I have tried soy but have heard not such good things about it and I can't digest milk.

I so understand your pain (lol) I have joined a weight loss contest and the prize is $5000.00, you would think that would be enough motivation, I was good for a week and a half and now struggling. Time to pick up my socks and give it another go.
