  • I just started in late September, so I did not make my goal of 50 lbs:) I am still focusing on that in 2012! My 20 year class reunion is in August, so I would at least like to be 1/2 way to my overall goal by then. My other goal is to run a 5K instead of just walking one like I did this year:)

  • All fat in foods is bad for you. Try to eat mostly fat free foods. I am learning that you do need some fats and they are not all created equal! Have you ever looked at the ingredients on some fat free things like cream cheese? I would much rather skip the processed junk and stick with a little of the fat in a light version.
