Ha ha, me too. I wish we could read the status updates and community boards easily on our phones.

Maybe you are overestimating your exercise or underestimating your foods?
-
I didn't used to, but I enter my weight once a week, regardless of whether it was a gain or loss.
-
I haven't lost 50 yet, so far I've lost 30-35. I started at 190. I'm 5ft 3. My goal is to get to about 145. You can look at my profile to see some of my progress pics.

This isn't a bar drink, but this tastes good: a diet sunkist or some orange pop with pinnacle whip cream vodka. It tastes like a cream sickle.

I know you've been going at the weight loss thing for a while, but mine was all over the place for 2 months when I changed my eating habits.. This week you've probably been eating differently due to stress. Maybe it is due to change in diet?

THANKS!

I don't workout when I'm sick because my body needs that energy to heal. I tend to take A LOT longer to heal when I don't take it easy for a few days.

I love Lane Bryant too. Unfortunately they don't have band sizes below 36 and most of their stores don't even carry that one. I just downsized to a 36 from a 38. IDK what I'm gonna do if I need a smaller band than that.

For your back, I would try reverse fly.

I go to an all female gym and most women there are obese and many a seniors.
-
Exercise more so that you can eat over 1200 calories or change you weight loss per week goal.

I tried the cheapest one from walmart and did not lose quickly on it. I did a little reasearch and found out that some the the cheap whey shakes do cause bloating. I usually lose pretty steadily when I stay with the whey and soy combination from stores.
-
I love store brand whey and soy protein. I get mine from Kroger or Meijer. It is made by the protein people. http://www.theproteinpeople.com/about/default.aspx

It could actually be good. People interval train like that frequently. I wouldn't stop completely for 2 minutes, I would walk slowly or do anything to keep your feet moving.
-
I don't know if it is the same, but I would say it is beneficial. I read that your body burns calories heating water up. If you give it ice, it would have to burn even more calories to heat it up to a usable temperature.
-
I ride like that in the rain. I couldn't even BEGIN to imagine riding in snow or ice.
-
Ive read some studies that say the cheaper whey protein drinks can cause bloating. I drink a soy and whey protein mix. I love the taste and consistently lose with it. When I tried a cheap, pure whey mix, I did not lose as much.

You are CRAZYYYYY!!!! lol

They make heated grips and heated gloves. Since you ride frequently, I would look into it. Do you ride in the snow too?
-
It actually wasn't that bad of a ride home. :) I wore my thinsulate gloves and a fleece under my riding jacket.
-
My ride is about 25 minutes, 15 minutes of very rural land and 10 minutes in the city. I think I'm gonna try it. Wish me luck....or warmth!

Does the elliptical have you enter your weight and age? If t does, I would probably go with that count.
-
Neat idea!
-
When you click weigh in, it gives you a space to put 3 measurements.
-
I am wondering about this too for when I start trying to maintain my weight.
-
sure do :(

I started day 1 yesterday and thought it was moderately difficult, not too bad. I felt great after, but I'm sore today.
-
I just started day 1 too. It wasn't too challenging, it was about moderate and it felt good. I look forward to the rest of the program!

Ive found that if I space it out throughout the day and dont drink a lot at once...especially at night, I'm not constantly going.
