I did the Warrior Dash last year and I'm doing it again this year. The obstacles are fun and challenging, but anyone can do them, it just takes time. Yes, I never use to like yogurt, but after eating greek yogurt because of how good for me it is, I love it!

I'm happy with my weight, but I'd like to tone up and get stronger. So, if the reduction of fat and addition of some muscle adds a little weight, I'd be fine with that.

As far as poison ivy goes, that blows! I've used zanfel before. It works great! It allows you to scratch the stuff when that is all you want to do anyway. Go try it! I had a good weekend, but my bracket is totally busted!

Good morning! This site works great and counting calories can't get any easier that this. You'll get use to it very quickly. I like to run on an elliptical trainer more than anything because it is better for my joints, but there are other things aswell. Good luck meeting your goals!
