I'm going to run 30+ miles this month. It starts tonight with an after dusk 5k.

Listen to your body. If you can see bones, there is definitely room for more calories in your day. If you add a few hundred calories and continue working out you'll be fine. Or just start eating to meet zero three days a week instead of only one. Best of luck

My wife and I have fitbits. Ours is the Flex, so it goes around our wrist and keeps track of steps taken. It also gives you a rough idea of calories burnt. The best part about it is that we can check on each other to see who is leading in steps for the day. In that regard, it is very motivating to get up and move!

I have to count out servings. Instead of a huge bag of chips or something, only take one serving to work with you. Otherwise, I struggle:~)
