Hey everyone!
I have been a member of MFP for a few years, and today my younger sister also became a member!! YAY! She is anxious to shed a few lbs., but she is also very VERY nervous about beginning her weight loss journey.
I absolutely adore MFP and I want her to know what I know: how supportive, positive and motivating the MFP community truly is!
