there is absolutely nothing wrong with restarting! sometimes you just need a fresh outlook on things to get yourself motivated. good luck with your journey!

i've been doing koko for almost two years! i have NO posts here because I just joined MFP. Koko is great. done in 30 minutes for strength and 15 minute for cardio, home within an hour. you need help, there is always someone to help during manned hours.
