I started this plan last Monday, down 5lbs! I'm excited! I hope I continue to lose. It is hell to try and lose weight after menopause.

I worked out with my kettlebell. I have to be very careful with weights, I have severe arthritis in both thumbs. Thank goodness I had them injected a few weeks ago or I couldn't have done all I did.

Oh don't be disgusted with yourself. You are in transformation. I didn't post earlier I am 62, I weigh 211. my all time high was 225 or 226 I blocked it out. I have been working on losing weight for years now. I believe this is the answer. I'm on my third day and loving it.

It is funny, most of my meals are the same as yours today. I had the egg white omelet with spinach twice. I couldn't fine the turkey bacon with no sodium nitrates. I'm having tuna for lunch in mixed greens salad. Turkey for my afternoon snake and stew beef and vegetables for dinner. I am also having trouble finding grass…

For phase 1 I walked each of my 2 dogs 20 minutes. I had to carry them when I went uphill. I walked over a mile with each one, I was beat.

I started Monday. I was so excited to get started on this plan. I think I bought too much food. I still have an apple and melon in the frig. Cant eat it again until next Monday. I will have to plan better next week.

I am eating 1 1/2 cups of most food. That is plenty. I must say I am having a tough time eating it all. I feel totally stuffed. Tomorrow on to phase 2. Let's see if that is as much to eat.

Hi! I'm Irlene. I bought the E book and the app for my iPhone . I started this Monday. I can't believe all that we eat, so much. I am having trouble finding top round beef which is organic to make beef jerky. Has anyone made the beef jerky yet?
