I've only lost 20 pounds since January 29, 2011. It is coming off slowly for me as well. I workout at least an hour a day and eat around 1590 calories a day. I guess my body just responds differently. I think I've lost more inches than pounds...which I'm really happy about! We just have to keep pushing on! Keep up the good…

I've had weeks like that, too! Just life in general can really keep you from eating right and staying focused. It's alright to fall off the wagon every now and then. At least you recognized that you've had a tough week and hopefully that will motivate you to get back up on the horse! This is a tough challenge to eat right…

I've lost 15 pounds and I haven't noticed much but the scale number, either! It is a little frustrating, but we must keep going! Be proud of yourself...it's the only motivation to keep going!

Going out to eat...that's the hardest thing for me! I do fine during the weekend with structured meals at work and in the evenings. The weekend is all about socializing, especially in the South, so it's hard to eat right on the weekends! Just have to make more healthy decisions...
