This!!! If you're already seeing a counselor, bring these questions & thoughts to them as opposed to airing your personal life on the internet.
-
You don't say anything at all. You don't like the smell, move somewhere else. If it bothers you that much, tell the gym staff but don't tell the person to their face that they stink.

My personal choice would be not to order it at all. My favourite dish is worth a few thousand cals and I have no willpower to not eat it all after ordering it. And I always have the guilt afterwards.
-
I was fat and didn't feel good about myself.

And in no way could "constructive advice" be considered subjective...

If he doesn't want them out eating fast food, cook food at home. Not gettin into deeper relationship issues, if she isn't willing to do it, he should step up if it's concerning him that much.

Agreed, there's a shared responsibility with what the kids consume, the poster could try preparing better meals to lead a better example for the kids. As for the wife, she's a grown adult and won't change unless she wants to. No point in nagging her.

OP asked for advice. I gave it. Why should I shutup?

Here's my constructive advice: As for the bolded parts, 1. Stop making comments about your wife's food choices, you sound like a food nazi. 2. Worry about yourself 3. Since you're the daddy??? Seriously, not gonna go there but being the "daddy", if you don't like the food choices your kids have, quit b*tching and do some…

Yep. I tend to stick to free weights but doing something is better than nothing.

Your knee is telling you to eat more than 400 calories a day.

Great progress by the way! Thanks for sharing

I think you grab the URL by clicking "direct link" on your photobucket account, paste it here with after (all lower case though).

Agreed.

Bring it up with management if it bothers you that much.

What are your thoughts on consuming road kill?
-
Did you actually ask for any sort of advice for a specific issue or just come on here to talk about your husbands issues on a public forum?
-
Ummm...No.
-
Your probably under estimating cals eaten or overestimating cals burned. Or water retention? If its just been 2 weeks, give it more time if you are weighing/logging all food and not overestimating cals burned.
-
Agreed. That's like logging shopping or walking to the bus stop as exercise as opposed to it being included in your daily activity level.
-
What macros do you get from a multivitamin?
-
Will taking a multivitamin stop binging?

Don't be shy

I think a lot of these issues are your own and you're projecting them onto everybody else. You want to lose weight/ get in shape, stop making excuses that others are stopping you from doing it and just do it.
