Favourite & least favourite CrossFit moves?
I guess this could also be a strength and weakness question. Which are your faves and which do you dread? I enjoy squats, back squats, sit ups, pull-ups (with the band), cleans, T2B, deadlifts Love/hate burpees & box jumps Dread over head squats and snatches (I have a horrible time with these).

Stopped for a month, what weights do I start at?
Hey everybody, I was doing this program for awhile and increased my weights quite a bit but stopped for awhile. As the title suggests, wondering what weights I should start as to not plateau. Bench was 80 Squat 70 (don't have a rack so I have to clean & press) Deadlift 120 Row 60 OHP 60 Thanks!

Anybody in here have experience planning a destination wedding? I'm pretty sure I know the hotel I want but I've only ever booked vacations through last minute vacation deals. Not sure how to book for a group and for an event. Thanks!

Most bizarre/odd advice given?
Today I wAs so kindly advised by a coworker that I should stop having my carrots as a snack because "they're high in calories and you should stick to celery instead". Anybody else have ridiculous advise they've received either solicited or (unsolicited in my case) during their weight loss/ lifestyle change experiences?

Achieving a pull-up

Before & After 30 Day Shred!
