Haha .. you need a better protein powder or you need to stop drinking pasteurized egg whites raw. These are the only two times I've never had an issue.

Many (most) protein whey's have lactose in them, after you drink so much of it your body starts responding. Look for a Whey Isolate (the kaizen from Costco is 99.9% lactose free) or stop drinking egg whites raw.

Yeah...I had that problem and then I transitioned to almond milk...all my problems cured. I'm slowly finding out that the more dairy that I cut from my diet, the better my body reacts.

Letting go of that delicious melted cheese is hard.

Yeah it's become a problem especially during squats. Sometimes I'm sweating more from trying to hold it in than I am from lifting.

I suggest you don't hold your breath on the way up.

    ^^ Yes !! This guy.

I've semi recently started using unsweetened original almond milk, 30 cals per cup and they fortify it with a bunch of vitamins and such. The only downfall is it's a little expensive but after about a week you become used to drinking it and using it in cereal, protein shakes, w/ pb, just a glass here and there. It's amazing stuff!

So is it the type of protein or maybe too much protein?

Well what types of protein are you eating, are you taking shakes? raw pasteurized egg whites? Are you mixing your shakes w/ milk?

Whey isolate. The recommended 1 scoop mixed with a (measured) cup of milk. I've also been having a protein bar a day as a snack.
