  • Feel free to add me too! I am restarting and aiming to lose about 25 pounds and build lean muscle. Have you thought of signing up for a 5k or a any kind of race. The first time I lost the 25 I was training for a 5k and it was always my motivation to get a workout in!
  • I'm also restarting my diet. I had a really tough year, lost a parent, graduated from college, moved, started a new job, and got broken up with all in 2013. Now in 2014 I'm trying to start focusing on myself and my health. Welcome back to the restart!
  • Hi everyone! I'm currently on day 11 too! I don't always look forward to the workout but I feel awesome when it's done. I'm going to try and keep up the work when I got to job training in two weeks. Fingers crossed that I can keep up the hard work. I'm down 4 pounds so far.
