I do 50% protien, 30% carbs and 20% under custom MFP settings, its works great so far and I feel like have alot less flab hanging around since Ive uped my protien:)

Slim in 6 works has a crap load of squats and lunges and such,,Im on my second week right now I like it and also works every other part of the body too...the chick looks like she has a nice butt so I think I can trust whatever shes having me do lol

I would have to say butter...I used to put butter in everything I mean everything...I havent touched butter in about 6 months and I feel so much better/healthy....I would have to agree with your vinegar too though cuz I couldnt have a salad without extra extra ranch lol and now I can:)
