Hello all! I've been MIA for a bit, but trying to keep up with Jillian, I'm on day 7 of level 1 of 30DS, and have my first results. I think 30DS helped me break my plateau! I was sitting at the same weight for about 1.5 months, and now finally I've suddenly dropped 3 pounds and am continuing to fall. Now I'm .8 away from…

Hello everyone! I managed to get in 3 more days of 30DS, so I managed to get 4 done last week, and 1 so far this week, so almost at goal last week. I'm really starting to see improvement on a lot of the exercises, especially cardio. I still can't do pushups well, but maybe they've gotten a little better, I hope....any…

lucyloutoo and SenoraLaura welcome! I did manage to get my workout in yesterday and actually ended up doing some more circuit things with a coworker over lunch. I brought everything with me to work today, and am hopefully going to do my day 3 of 30DS over lunch with my coworkers. This might be the schedule breakthrough I…

Hello all! I sadly failed last night. Right after work I went out to dinner with my fiance for our anniversary, and it wouldn't have been pretty if I had worked out after that (but I did only eat half of my meal and box the other half, so small victory). I think on days like yesterday, I'm going to have to start doing the…

Yes! We just got one and I love it! Plus, you get a free slice of anything you want when you walk in the door.....mmmm...free bread is the best bread! Their garlic cheddar is to die for!

Hello all! I successfully did my first day of 30DS. I decided to take yesterday as a rest day, as I did my weekly Pilates class which worked basically every muscle that wasn't already sore. I'm very sore today, but am planning to do another day of 30DS tonight. Well done everyone for keeping at it! It's motivating to know…

I'm starting 30DS today! Hoping to do it 5 days a week, with scattered rest days depending on schedule and exhaustion. Hopefully writing it down will get me to finish!

Thanks! My main problem with jeans is the hips to waist ratio, and always getting that gap in the back. I haven't tried this brand yet. Sounds like a good reward :)

I'm 5'11". So close to being at goal! SW 175-180, CW 143, GW 140. I was aiming for 145, but still had some problem areas, so I'm going for 140 and assume I'll maintain around 143. (I have a tiny frame, I realize my goals are on the low end.) Next I'm planing on doing a body recomp and working on finding maintenance. If in…

Honey and walnuts has been my go to dessert, or mixed with peanut butter and cinnamon for a fruit dip. I'm really here to hear all the other ideas!

I was an emotional and a bored eater. Sad=eat, happy=eat, stressed=eat, bored=eat. Which added up to a lot of eating. Consistently logging helped me see how much harm these were doing me. I would still stay in my calories for the day, but I realized that my binge on gummy bears meant that I couldn't eat dinner and was…

It took me a while to come to it, after a few weeks of feeling really depressed about it, my fiance pointed out all the areas I had lost weight. I took a good look in the mirror and realized that he was right, and even the areas that I thought had grown were actually smaller. Just keep going, 12 pounds is a great…

I only started seeing a change recently, about 15 pounds in, and it really is a mental shift. Something that helped me when I'm feeling blobby was realizing that some problem areas (tummy, thighs) seem to look worse than before because I had lost fat in surrounding areas, so they weren't blending in as much. But since I've…

I'm 5'11", currently aiming for 145 as I'm small or medium framed depending on the measurement taken (wrist or elbow). But I'd rather weigh a bit more than that in the end and gain muscle (or finally uncover what I have).
