  • I'm on Day 4 of the 30DS. Is it still effective if I do the workout every other day? I've been having ankle pains so I didn't want to push it and get a serious injury.
  • I am 5'2, 105 lbs and either wear a size 0 or a size 1 depending on the brand. Some size 0 are too tight whereas a size 1 would be kind of loose. I mostly wear size 0 though.
  • I'm 5'2 and I only weigh one more pound than you lol. What kind of exercises are you currently doing? I am also looking to tone up. MFP has me at maintenance for 1470 calories/day.

  • bg Thanks for the recommendation! I'm not blessed with a big butt but I would love to shape/lift up whatever I do have lol. I think I'm going to start out with Jillian Michaels 30DS since I've ready so many good things about it from others on MFP. I'll wait for a good deal to get the Butt Bible.
  • I am in! I started on day 1 this week, but had to take a break because I was sore for 2 days! My cousin is doing it with me and she needed dumbbells so we will start again on Monday.
  • Thank you so much for the reply. I've heard great success stories with P90X but it might be a little bit too hardcore for me. I am a beginner and right now, 3lbs is the most I can lift :(
  • Oh wow, amazing results! How many days did you do the 30DS straight and then took a break? I started on day 1 and it left me feeling sore for 2 days! I'm thinking I can only do 4 or 5 days a week. Also how much did your dumbbells weigh? I am starting off with 3 lbs.
