I leave my engagement ring at home. I find that if I'm doing a lot of weight lifting it cuts into my finger a bit :( plus I'm just worried about scratching, damaging, etc.

it's good to lose 1 pound a week! that's a really good rate, and it's more likely you'll keep it off that way. I've been on here 90 days and I'm 1lb away from 20 pounds lost (i have a feeling I'll reach it this week though :smile: )

I've had stretch marks on my hips/tummy since I was 13 and had my growth spurt. :( not fair. I didn't think you could get them just from getting taller. They got way worse after I put on weight though. :P

maybe you're already doing this.. but I find I won't lose a single pound if I eat past 8pm, even if I eat really healthy and exercise. I'm trying to quit eating right at 6 or 7 and it has really sped up my weight loss.
