The Ups and Downs really isn't as scary as he makes it look in that link! You put your hands on the ground, pop your feet back so you're in plank, jump your feet back to your hands, and then stand up and repeat. I'm in!!! I was just telling my MFpals that I found an iphone app called 5K for $2.99 that prompts you when it is time to run, jog, walk, etc. It is a 9-week Couch to 5K program that calls for 3 days a week of jogging. AND you can play your ipod list THROUGH THE APP!!! I am PUMPED!!! Count me in!!!!! Thanks!!!
