Well, the very reason I hate measuring my success by weighing in.....I gained. Back up to 205 as of this morning. :( i busted butt this week and now I'm feeling discouraged. 9 glasses of water Over on calories, especially since i changed my goals to 2 lbs a week. :) I am excited for those if you that lost weight! Kudos!!
