Hey! As far as I know you can't target where you want to lose fat... :/ unfortunately. If you do a mix of cardio and strength building in your big muscle groups (try squats, push-ups... On your knees if you have to, planks...). Muscle burns fat.

My guy and I just started p90x on Wednesday, but we're starting over today so we can have our rest/stretch day on Sunday.
