LOL me too. But I also use the MFP method and need to eat it back. i don't eat it all back, just in case I've overestimated my exercise or underestimated my meals. So I leave about 200 calories just sort of hanging there.

Very inspirational! You look awesome!

Fantastic job! You can lose that final 60!!!!!

Good luck! I didn't want to sugar coat anything and make it seem like it won't be hard. It will be, but you are also their mother and always will be. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts.

Eat at least 2k calories. My supply drops if I eat too few calories. How old is your little one? Have you tried an SNS system to help him stay latched on? Are you taking any herbs to help with increasing milk supply (fenugreek, blessed thistle, or nursing teas and lactation cookies containing brewer's yeast)? Wishing you…

You're similar to me, except I'm a bit heavier. *gasp* My husband is stick thin so I have a hard time on the weekend when we're together and I'm not working. I'll add you!

(((hugs))) I've been a WOHM for the past 6 years and have 2 children. My husband and other family members help watched my oldest son, and then we put him in a nursery school twice a week. He was surrounded by loving individuals daily, but he never once forgot who his Mommy is. I did miss a few milestones, and yes, it was…

Firstly, congratulations on your new baby! Your body has just gone through an incredible journey that took 9 months, so please, give yourself 9 months to recover. Walks are a great start to being active, but do not overdo it. You cannot start an exercise regime without first getting the OK from your doctor. Please take…

Amazing! Congratulations!

My favorite is halved, with garlic salt sprinkled over it and then some fresh lime juice.

This happened to me after I had my baby and I started the 30DS. I had to take frequent bathroom breaks every time I was doing jumping jacks!

I LOVE the ThinkThin bars. No, I didn't buy them because of their name. I bought them because they use natural ingredients (or claim to) and are high in protein as well as being gluten free. It's 20G of protein per bar, which I think is a very nice amount. I haven't had any bad reactions to these bars either. If you are…

I sweat a lot too, even before I gained a few pounds. My face gets super sweaty, something I inherited from my father and something I've passed down to my children. It's not because you're out of shape, but can also be because you have more sweat glands than others. I sweat sometimes just taking my children out of their…

When I still had my coupe, we were looking into a Combi Coccoro Convertible Car Seat for our little one. It maxes out at 40" and 40 lbs and is under $200.

Don't give up! It's hard at first, but I found that after 2 weeks of consistently working out, it got much easier. And the PP was correct about how much more energy you have after you work out and eat healthy!

I'm fairly new to lifting heavy, but my husband lifts and we have an Olympic bar and plates in our finished basement. It most certainly does take up a TON of space! A 45 lb bar alone was too heavy for me to lift, so now I am getting a standard bar (5 feet and about 15 lbs) and my own set of standard plates. If you have the…

The shred is hard to do when extremely tired! I haven't been able to do a full 30 days straight of it, so I take the necessary breaks while still staying active with walks, runs, etc. It's amazing how exercise can wake you up. That being said...I do rely on coffee.

I'm exhausted too. I have a 6 year old and an 8 month old. My husband works nights and there's only an hour window for him to watch the kids so I can fit in a work out most days. I usually have to nurse first, leaving me about half an hour for a work out so the children can be supervised. I swear by Jillian Michaels' 30…

You can add me! I have an 8 month old. :)

Natural sugars are fine, like the ones in fruits. It's the processed stuff you need to watch out for. My body reacts to too much processed sugars, so I know that I need to be careful with it. I also do plain greek yogurts and add in protein powders, fruits, raw honey or stevia to sweeten it.

I've had 2 children and I seem to get stuck at the same weight for a while before losing. So beginning with my first pregnancy, here are my stats: Height: 5'1" Pre-pregnancy: 110 lbs Delivery 40 weeks: 145 2 weeks PP: 130 Never got back to pre-pregnancy weight. Second pregnancy: Pre-pregnancy: 120 lbs Delivery at 40 weeks:…

Great job!

Exactly!

First off, ignore that feature that says you will weigh X pounds in X weeks. It's a computer. It's just doing math (minus life variables) to say that. It doesn't mean it'll happen. When losing weight, you want to be at a deficit, but you want to be healthy as well. Be active! A high protein diet is a good thing! Protein…

I used to have this issue too. I now eat nut butters (cashew and almond butters) as snacks and I also snack on protein (chicken breasts) or avocados.
-
It might be a growth spurt and not a supply issue, as PP suggested. I eat lactation cookies and drink nursing teas. But honestly, breast milk digests quickly. My daughter, at 8 months, still nurses 3 times a night. I wouldn't worry about it unless your baby is losing weight.
-
I did it when it first came out. I never felt hungry, because according to the instructions, you eat whenever you are hungry. It's high in protein and veggies and fruits. You drink lots of water. Basically, you eat how you should. The hardest part for me was not eating processed carbs, so I allowed myself one serving of…

My daughter is 8 months and I work full time, which has resulted in my supply decreasing sometimes. While people say what you pump isn't an adequate indicator, I am familiar with my pump routine and know what I should have at the end of the day. What caused a decrease for me was: -stress -not enough calories -not enough…

TeaBea, thanks for your review! My favorite so far is Leslie's 4 Really Big Miles, which uses a resistance band during the last mile. I've incorporated light weights instead and found that to be even more effective. I might just skip this new DVD then. Thanks for helping me make a decision!

Mine adds up. Big range, though.
