"I used to put 6 sweet n low in my coffee!!! 6!! I am down to 2!" I was going to comment on the sweet and low, as artificial sugars can do things to your body to repress the "full" feeling and make you hungrier (as a previous poster commented). Ditching this is a great first step.

I would think that something else is going on. You mentioned stress, that could be a huge factor in your plateau. While you shouldn't stress about food, I think if you are really trying you should log in everything you eat. You'd be surprised at what the results are. :)
