I always get a egg white and black forest ham on wheat, no cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, spinach, sometimes jalapeno, then I add mustard.

I make a chia seed pudding using hazelnut chocolate milk. Yummy! You let them soak in the milk for at least 20 mins or overnight. Very good and the kids eat it up too!
