• I recently had back surgery #2. My PT isn't very good. All she tells me is things I can't do, which to me is almost everything. I'm trying to get the pounds off to delay the next surgery.

• I'm in almost the same boat! I have 3 boys. (very athletic) I used to be a runner before the boys and 2 back surgeries. I miss being skinny and want to be able to do more with my boys.
