Level 1 Day 1 tomorrow. excited but also nervous coz i have never committed to exercise that long. Encouraged by the amazing results i have seen, i will push through hopefully with minimal pain. Hi guys, doing week 4 day 2. i am very anxious about running for 5 straight mins but i am relishing the challenge because every week i feel my confidence growing. Not lost much weight though which is kinda disappointing but i will still keep going to the end.

Just competed Week 3 and surprisingly im looking forward to Week 4, running 3 mins seemed daunting but came through it great, i am hoping for the same with the 5 min run. Throughout my route i have to go up two hills and thats what poses the biggest challenge. Sidenote: I am using the 10k runner by skylabs and i am loving…

Hey there, i am about to start week 4 day 1 and i am using 10k runner by skylabs and its amazingly simple although it does not have gps so i use runkeeper to track my distance and they work perfectly together. The build up of the runs from week to week is easy to follow and progresses you at the perfect pace.

Hey guys, just started c25k last week and will complete week 2 day 3 tomorrow and so far so good. Anyone else at the same stage we can be friends and motivate each other. I would also like to know from the seasoned c25kers, what exercise did u do on your days off or did u just rest.
