I'm 20- I turn 21 in January. I have 6 months to get in shape before the holidays and be able to fit in a sexy dress for my 21st birthday. Ultimately, my wedding is October 2014 so a pound a week would let me loose 70 pounds. we will see :) I'm 5'6 and 190- i know i'm happy at 150, but lower would be awesome too
