Hi, looking for others who are doing Ripped in 30. T'm on day 5 of week 1. The cover letter of the menu offered says each meal is around 400 cal. I haven't seen this. I concerned that if I don't have at least 1200 calories I'll retain my weight instead of lose. Any ideas???
