Thanks, I will try eating more protein and veggies. I drink water 24/7. Maybe I need to try and drink a glass faster since I just kind of sip on it all day.

I would add salads to most of the days or make sure there were enough veggies being served I could have a smaller portion of the not as healthy items and go heavier on the veggies and salads.
