Wow exact same was happening to me! Finish my jog then need a sleep immediately! And feeling depressed & weary for the rest of the day! My personal trainer recommended a protein shake after the workout or if thats not possible have an energy drink.

I agree, don't reduce your calories so much to begin with, it will be too much of a shock to the system & your body will go into starvation mode. This happened to me & it took weeks before I started losing any weight.

I'm interested in starting it also, can someone tell me about the diet side of it please? i.e. will you have to increase your calorie intake? Are there set foods that you can only eat? Do you have to stay off alcohol for the 60 days?

Personally, I think weighing yourself everyday is crazy! Everyone's weight fluctuates so much each day! I would only check it every two weeks? People become obsessed about weighing themselves, I think it can actually ruin your progress doing it this way.
