When we started P90X, I hated Plyometrics. It was all the jumping. It wore me out quickly and it hurt my knees and feet. The worst was the single foot hop making a cross pattern on the floor. Those are SMART goals. I'm not sure mine are quite so specific. I want to: 1. Be in the best shape I can for test and as I head into surgery. 2.
