I just started insanity a week ago and love it. I am 5'10 highest weight was 193 pre-prego and at the end of my pregnancy I was 203 I'm down to 170 and decided insanity is something that would probably work well for my. Thank you for your response as I said I THOUGHT STARVATION MODE WAS WHEN YOUR BODY STORES FAT BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT EATING ENOUGH (toward everyone who didn't get that from my other posts) I'm just seeking help for anyone who knows what a good range of calorie intake would be. I just started day one of week 2!! I work 12 hour shifts (7a to 7:30p) 3 times a week. I find the best option for me on those days is to work out at 4:45- 5:00am. I usually do a 30 min fitnessblender routine on youtube.
