I'm also hypo. (hashimoto's) The only thing that has been working for me to lose weight is limiting my calories and only logging half of my exercise. I think being hypo slows your metabolism so much that the calorie estimation on MFP way over estimates our (hypo peoples) calorie burn. I was stuck at around a ten pound loss…
